Pemeriksaan Urea dan BUN


 Pemeriksaan Urea  dan BUN

Merk       :  BioMerieux (REF. 61 912)
Metode   :  Urease modifikasi reaksi Berthelot.
Prinsip    :  Urea dihidrolisa oleh urease menghasilkan ammonium:
Urea + H2O   urease ---->  2NH3+  + CO2
Dalam suasana alkali ion ammonium bereaksi dengan salisilat dan hypoklorid membentuk warna hijau indophenol ( 2,2 – dikarboksi lindophenol ). Reaksi dikatalisa oleh Natrium nitroprosside.
NH4+ + Salisilat + hypokloride   ------>   Indophenol
Intensitas warna sesuai dengan konsentrasi Urea dalam sampel.

-          Dimasukkan ke dalam tabung :
