Pemeriksaan Albumin

Albumin
Merk       :  Human Liquicolor
Metode   :  BCG
Prinsip    :  Bromocresol green  dengan albumin dalam buffer sitrat  membentuk komplek warna. Absorben dari komplek ini sebanding dengan konsentrasi albumin dalam sampel.     
Cara kerja:
-          Dimasukkan ke dalam tabung berlabel :

-          Dicampur dan diinkubasi selama 5 menit pada suhu kamar.
-          Diukur pada Fotometer Eppendorf  ECOM-F 6124 dengan panjang gelombang 546  nm.
