Pemeriksaan NAPZA "Morphine"

Morphine
Metode   : Immunokromatografi kompetitif
Prinsip  : Rapid test morphine merupakan tes invitro satu langkah yang berdasarkan immunokromatografi kompetitif untuk mendeteksi secara kualitatif morphine dan metabolitnya pada urin manusia diatas cut off 300 ng/ml dengan waktu 5-30 menit.
Cara kerja:
-          Keluarkan tes card dari bungkusnya dan letakkan pada permukaan datar.
-          Diteteskan urin 3 tetes (± 90 µl) ke lubang  sampel.
-          Dibaca hasil antara 5-30 menit setelah penetesan sampel.
