Pemeriksaan Golongan Darah dan Rhesus

Pemeriksaan Golongan Darah dan Rhesus
" Cara Slide "

Cara Kerja :
  1. Sediakan 2 buah slide / objek glass
  2. Teteskan pada bagian samping kiri dan kanan 1 tetes darah pada slide
  3. Teteskan anti A di samping darah (1)
  4. Teteskan anti B di samping darah (2)
  5. Teteskan anti AB di samping darah (3)
  6. Teteskan anti D IgG atau reagen Rhesus pada darah (4)
  7. Campurkan , aduk dengan tusuk / spatula / ujung objel glass (pastikan setiap 1kali mengaduk di ganti)
  8. Goyangkan slide / objek glass selama 1 - 2 menit
  9. Baca hasilnya ( jika terjadi Agglutinasi maka hasil di katakan + )
