Ekstraksi


Ekstraksi

Tujuan : 
Untuk memisahkan  2 larutan atau lebih antara zat padat dan zat cair untuk di cari gula murninya

Bahan :
Aquadest 50 mL
Sirup 50 mL
Eter  50 mL

Alat  : 
Corong pisah , corong , beaker glass , batang pengaduk , gelas ukur, erlenmeyer

Prosedur :
·         Pastikan alat – alat sudah di cuci bersih
·         Buatlah larutan sirup menjadi 50 ml dengan menggunakan aquadest
·         Masukkan 50 ml sirup tadi ke dalam corong pisah dan tambahkan Eter sebanyak 50 ml juga ke dalam corong pisah tersebut
·         Kocok corong pisah tersebut secara perlahan – lahan samapai homogen
·         Keluarkan larutan berwarna (kotoran) dengan cara membuka kran pada coromg pisah kemudian tampung di dalam erlenmeyer larutan berwarna tersebut, tutup keran
·         Kemudian buka kran dan tampung larutan jernih pada corong pisah ke dalam gelas ukur
·         Larutan jernih tersebut merupakan hasil ekstraksi tadi yaitu berupa gula murni dari sirup tersebut
